Fiction: An Age of Innocence

I sat by the fire. A chorus of night time wild life kept me company with their chirps and croaks. I sipped my brandy and enjoyed the warmth of the flames.

Eleanor started singing of lost love and an age of innocence. I smiled and sang along.
